Terms and Conditions – Registration Refund Policy.
1. Definition
TheRegistration Refund Optionis an additional, voluntary benefit that participants can add when purchasing their event registration.
This option allows you to request arefund of the registration fee within the established time frame,without having to provide a reason or submit supporting documentation.
2. Conditions for Exercising the Registration Refund Option
The Registration Refund Option appliesindividually to each registration purchased.
If a participant purchases more than one registration, they must purchase aRegistration Refund Option for each ticketif they want all of them to be covered by this benefit.
Participants may exercise this option and request a refundup to 20 calendar days before the official date of the event, that is, through April 6, 2026.
The request must be submitted in writing via email to info@maratondesantiago.cl,indicating:
Full name and Tax ID number.
Registration number or proof of purchase.
Bank account information for a wire transfer (if applicable) or authorization for a refund via the same payment method.
Applications receivedafter the specified deadlinewill not be considered, regardless of the reason.
3. Amount and Method of Reimbursement
The refund will be100% of the amount paid for registration,excludingticketing service fees, bank fees, or payment processing fees.
The amount paid for theRegistration Refund Optionis non-refundable.
Refunds willpreferablybe issuedvia the same payment method usedat the time of purchase or, failing that, viaa domestic bank transferto the account provided by the applicant.
The refund process will be completed withina maximum of 15 business days from the datethe organizationapproves the request.
4. Exclusions
The Registration Refund Option does not apply in the following cases:
Applications submittedafter the deadline.
Participants whodid not purchasethe Registration Refund Option at the time of registration.
Refunds related toticketing fees, payment methods, or commissions.
Suspension, rescheduling, or cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond the participant's control (these are governed by the organizer's policies).
5. Liability
Prokart SpA, the event organizer, is responsible for processing refund requests in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Theticket agencyacts solely as an intermediary in the sale of registrations and bears no responsibility whatsoever for the organization or execution of the event.
6. Acceptance
By purchasing theRegistration Refund Option, the participant declares that he or she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
This option is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other benefits or promotions.
